Over the last few years I have been on my own transformative journey of self-discovery and spiritual healing. I’ve embraced my path as a certified spiritual healer, wellness coach, and spiritual wellness coach. In addition to being a Reiki Level 1 and 2 practitioner, I also offer tarot readings to help others gain deeper insights into their lives.

I am the proud author of eight books focused on health and wellness and the owner of Holistic Habits, where I promote holistic approaches to healing, energy balance, and overall well-being. Through my own experiences, I guide others in finding harmony within themselves, nurturing both body and soul on their unique spiritual journeys.

Amanda Blue

Amanda Blue

Amanda is a Winona native who has been a student of barre and pilates ever since her early college years. She is happy to be back in her hometown to bring all she has learned, experienced, and practiced from her time out East and other travels. As a professional artist, she enjoys bringing her passion for movement, music, and the connection of the mind and body into every class she teaches.

Karen Sullivan

Karen Sullivan

Karen first discovered yoga in college as a welcome release of stretching and calm after a vigorous physical fitness routine. Today, her daily yoga practice provides strength and balance with a more intentional focus on uniting breath, body, and spirit. This has led to the completion of a 200-hour YTT training in 2020 and a 300-hour YTT in 2025 and is now a 500-hr CYT. Also, a 30-hour Trauma Informed Yoga, Yin/Restorative, Children’s, and Chair Yoga certification.

Her teaching is an invitation to discover new ways to share the benefits with others in a non-judgmental and supportive community. She has recently retired and offers a supportive space that invites curiosity, kindness, and calm. She believes that we are all beginners, and yoga reminds us we are exactly where we need to

be at this time. Yoga is for everybody, and all are welcome. Her classes include Vinyasa and Chair Yoga. Karen is also available for private yoga instruction.

She lives in Winona with her husband Jim. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling, reading, swimming, and all things related to Yoga and how to integrate it into living a life of resilience, balance, and

ease.

Join her to explore the joy of uniting breath and movement. Time on your mat is a way to restore and remember the life you are meant to live.

Bella Johnson

Bella Johnson

Hi everyone, I am very excited to instruct pilates at Studio HALO. I have a passion for helping people feel stronger, more connected, and more at home in their bodies. My background includes training in athlete recovery and experience working at a reformer Pilates studio, where I developed a deep appreciation for both the physical and restorative sides of movement. As an avid Pilates practitioner myself, I truly believe in its ability to transform not just how you move, but how you feel day to day.

I’m currently studying nutrition, with the goal of integrating it into my work for clients who want a more holistic approach to their health. I see movement and nutrition as powerful tools that work best together—supporting energy, recovery, and long-term well-being.

In my classes, Pilates is about more than just a workout. We focus on strengthening, mobilizing, and connecting breath to movement to create a full-body experience that supports the body, mind, and spirit. Whether you’re here to build strength, recover, or simply feel better in your body, my goal is to help you leave each session feeling balanced, energized, and empowered.

Wendy Draves

Wendy Draves

Wendy Draves (RYT200) is a registered yoga teacher who supports people in gaining flexibility, balance, self-awareness and a sense of community. Wendy’s classes focus on comfort and safety for people with mobility challenges. After Wendy retired from school psychology and was diagnosed with Parkinson’s Disease, she felt drawn to yoga teacher training (YTT). She completed the 200-hour YTT certification course at Muddy Waters Yoga School in April 2026 and is a registered teacher through Yoga Alliance. She hopes to share the benefits of yoga with others living with Parkinson’s Disease and their families, friends and care partners. Wendy welcomes everyone and expects many of her participants to be new to yoga. In her classes, you will be encouraged to move at your own pace, listen to your body and modify typical yoga postures for your comfort and enjoyment. Her classes often incorporate gentle movement, breathwork, and guided meditation.

Wendy has lived in Winona with her husband for almost 40 years. Their adult children live in the Twin Cities. When she isn’t doing yoga, Wendy enjoys being with family and friends, traveling, exercising, birding, and volunteering.
