Hi everyone, I am very excited to instruct pilates at Studio HALO. I have a passion for helping people feel stronger, more connected, and more at home in their bodies. My background includes training in athlete recovery and experience working at a reformer Pilates studio, where I developed a deep appreciation for both the physical and restorative sides of movement. As an avid Pilates practitioner myself, I truly believe in its ability to transform not just how you move, but how you feel day to day.
I’m currently studying nutrition, with the goal of integrating it into my work for clients who want a more holistic approach to their health. I see movement and nutrition as powerful tools that work best together—supporting energy, recovery, and long-term well-being.
In my classes, Pilates is about more than just a workout. We focus on strengthening, mobilizing, and connecting breath to movement to create a full-body experience that supports the body, mind, and spirit. Whether you’re here to build strength, recover, or simply feel better in your body, my goal is to help you leave each session feeling balanced, energized, and empowered.
