Studio HALO

Karen Sullivan

Karen first discovered yoga in college as a welcome release of stretching and calm after a vigorous physical fitness routine. Today, her daily yoga practice provides strength and balance with a more intentional focus on uniting breath, body, and spirit. This has led to the completion of a 200-hour RYT training in 2020 and a 300-hour RYT in 2025. Also, a 30-hour Trauma Informed Yoga, Yin/Restorative, Children’s, and Chair Yoga certification.

Her teaching is an invitation to discover new ways to share the benefits with others in a non-judgmental and supportive community. She has recently retired and offers a supportive space that invites curiosity, kindness, and calm. She believes that we are all beginners, and yoga reminds us we are exactly where we need to

be at this time. Yoga is for everybody, and all are welcome. Her classes include Vinyasa and Chair Yoga. Karen is also available for private yoga instruction.

She lives in Winona with her husband Jim. She enjoys the outdoors, traveling, reading, swimming, and all things related to Yoga and how to integrate it into living a life of resilience, balance, and

ease.

Join her to explore the joy of uniting breath and movement. Time on your mat is a way to restore and remember the life you are meant to live.
