Join Karen on Thursdays at Studio HALO 119 W 3rd St. at 9:30 am-10:30am.
With Karen, you will explore a practice that adapts to you in an accessible way that strengthens your core and increases your balance. You will learn tools to calm your mind and regulate your nervous system enjoying the social connections from practicing in community.
Discover how this practice unites movement, breath, and mindfulness in a safe, judgment free
space.
This class is ideal for a yoga beginner, seniors, people working on strength and stability and/or transitioning from injury or surgery. You are in charge and modifications are offered to increase your well-being.
A chair and mat are provided and you are welcome to move between them in a way that is
comfortable for you. You are welcome to bring your own mat and water bottle. Wear clothing you can move in with comfort.
Karen Sullivan is a registered Yoga teacher with experience working with all ages and abilities.
