Mystery Mondays:
Mixing it up!! These Mondays are designed to offer and ensure a balanced blend of movement, energy work, and deep spiritual exploration. The class is for all levels and is designed to meet you where you are on your life's journey. It will encourage you to embrace the "trusting of the process" and provide a space and community to feel supported and welcomed.
Classes will have a variety of explorations including but not limited to Yoga, Reiki, Meditation, Breathwork, and various topics of discussion.
Special guests may also be invited to share their gifts and knowledge.
